Le site Les Univers de Michaël Fenris, accessible à l’adresse michaelfenris.com, présente les ouvrages et l’actualité de Michaël Fenris, pseudonyme de Richard Colombo. Il permet également d’acheter les ouvrages proposés dans sa boutique en ligne.

Le site est édité par Richard Colombo, ci-après « l’Éditeur ». Son identité complète, ses coordonnées et les informations relatives à l’hébergement figurent dans les Mentions légales.

Les présentes conditions générales d’utilisation, ci-après « CGU », définissent les règles d’accès et d’utilisation du site.

2. Accès au site

La consultation du site est gratuite. Les frais de connexion et d’équipement nécessaires à son utilisation restent à la charge de l’utilisateur. Les ouvrages proposés à la vente sont payants, aux conditions indiquées dans la boutique.

L’Éditeur s’efforce d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du site. Son accès peut toutefois être temporairement interrompu pour maintenance, mise à jour ou en raison d’un incident technique.

L’Éditeur prend les mesures raisonnables pour rétablir l’accès dans les meilleurs délais. Une interruption du site ne remet pas en cause les droits liés aux commandes déjà conclues.
